Immigration and Naturalization Law Immigration and Naturalization Law is complex and confusing. We concentrate on matters relating to this particular area of law and, as a result, offer our clients superior representation.
We represent clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service and Department of Labor - assisting with all aspects of family immigration, labor certification, business and work-related visas, asylum, and citizenship. We also stand with our clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review providing defense in removal hearings and appeals, and in federal courts, with habeas corpus and federal appeals. We will also assist with in-country adoption, dependency petitions, name-changes and powers of attorney.
Our staff will work with you in English, Spanish, and French. We have extensive experience in the interpretation of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, and all provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.
Some of the matters we handle on a regular basis are:
- Adjustment of Status
- Fiancée Visas
- Consular Processing
